Our Dimick Development Team uses Maxwell Systems ProMX Earthwork to accurately calculate the site cuts and fills for precise elevations and soil structure. For generating estimates and proposals we use Maxwell Systems ProMX Estimator. The Dimick Development Team is fully integrated from the field to the office with the fields moble toughbooks to the offices high-speed SQL Servers. From the Field Superintendent to the Project Manger, our versatile AccuBuild SQL System keeps us up-to-date and in sync with everything from drawing changes to daily reports and time cards. We have a fleet of company owned equipment, consisting of dozers, loaders, graders, scrapers, rollers, water pulls, trucks and experienced crews are dispatched to your job to construct your site, according to plans and specifications. Grading and paving crews will provide the professional finish that you expect.
Tyson Oldroyd is Dimick Development’s grading and paving superintendent and has been employed since 2009. Tyson brings 8 years of experience to your job site. Tyson and our crews have extensive experience handling contaminated materials, doing structural excavation, mass excavation, fine grading, and paving. He excels in heavy equipment operation, conflict resolution, supervision, and site preparation. He, as well as our additional grading crews, will make sure your site is right the first time.
Michael Mistriel is the estimator and project manager for the grading and paving division. He joined the firm in 2011 after attending the Howard Hughes College of Engineering majoring in Construction Management at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Michael is very multi-faceted from his experience working in the roles of owner/developer, general contractor, to subcontractor specializing in everything from earthwork grading and paving to mechanical systems. He has heavy experience in commercial construction working on projects from design assist casino resorts to bridges and roadways. His commercial construction experience dates back to 2004.
